#AskTheExpert my 1 year 5 months old twins wake up at night 5,6 times for milk.It makes my sleep so disturbed.I tried giving water in between but doesnt work.

A. Offer a good amount of feed right before you go to bed. -Try to encourage your baby to eat more during the daytime. Because more he eats in daytime, lesser hungry will he be at night. keep room dark.
