Drink plenty of water..to flush out the excess fat from the system.
Have healthy diet, have small meals frequent times a day, avoid consuming junk food . Eat a high-protein diet with plenty of soluble fiber.
Avoid to eat a lot of sugary foods

As Off now you cannot do it with any exercise or dieting to lose on your weight so you can just put a tummy Tucker built onto your stomach so that you are tummy does not sag more that’s what you can do as of now but apart from that you can go ahead with proper exercising after 9 to 10 months of your delivery
