See if your child is not eating well as per the age then there could be a possibility that your child may be having deficiency of iron in the body so you can get it checked for that and vomiting could be having probably I thought you’re forcing your child to eat in the first place or certain times it can happen when your child is not able to digest anything at this is very common during summer seasonWrite Your Answer Here
