Zincovit you can give to the child as of now this is a good multivitamin and if your child is constantly or frequently suffering with cold then get your child tested for an allergy to know what kind of an allergy or child is having then accordingly you can take a treatment and homoeopathy or apathy and even immuno therapy is very good for this
