Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of a 12 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. it is very difficult to comment here without a proper examination so it is better to consult your doctor and get it properly physical examine and guidance accordingly for this matter to clear this... the child may be having some infection to get a proper examination done
