kids may get their first milk teeth anytime from 6 months upto the age of 15-18 months.
so you can wait for few more months or else consult with Pediatric Dentist for proper evaluation.

Please visit dentist and get it checked up properly. Give Home made nutritious food and balanced diet including carbohydrates proteins mineral calcium vitamin etc.
Give nuts like cashew almond pista chuhare etc for good immunity and strength. Give more proteins and calcium rich diet.
