#AskTheExpert many says curd I'd good for health.. but after having it my son gets cold... what can b done in this case

Hello ma’am See if you have all these things on room temperature then I don’t think it is going to affect your child but if you’re having it straight from the refrigerator and cold and everything then it could be a possibility of your child catching a cold but apart from that there is nothing like it if you eat curd or something that your child will catch cold
