SandhyaMom of a 8 yr 8 m old girl5 years agoA. Hi, you can apply Himalaya diaper rash cream twice or thrice a day. Seems like a normal pimple let it pop out by itself. Do not try to pop it off. You can see for another couple of days if the size is increasing then it is better to consult doctor
