Hello ma’am Incorporate good amount of water and vitamin C fruits into your child’s diet on an every day basis and you can also give a teaspoon of honey with warm water before you make your child sleep and papaya is something which you should be giving on an everyday basis early in the morning as it is one of the best things to deal with the constipation issues

Hope your daughter drinks enough water, give P fruits like papaya, pomegranate, pears etc. also start giving BaalAmrut suvarnaprashan from pushyanakshatra it helps in over all health, I'm using BabyOrgano's BaalAmrut suvarnaprashan.

hi your baby is 3 years old now
hard stool are generally due to inadequate fluid intake and foul smell can be due to indigestion issue or stomach infection.if no fever give a probiotic supplement like econorm sachet 1 sachet twice a day for 3-4 days and give evaq syrup 5 ml twice a day for 5 days for hard stools

when she wake she intake cow milk then honey with warmwater , afterwards chapati and then some fruits like papaya and oranges apple... on regular bases but still problem is same... plese suggest what to do..
