Hello Ma’am If the medicine that your paediatrician has advised to go for oral or I drop it’s not helping your child in any manner then it would be better for you to consult an eye doctor ones regarding the same because it could be due to some allergy in the eyes which is why this is happening so just see an eye doctor ones
