always apply coconut oil before putting on the diapers and change diapers frequently.
give sunbath every morning for half an hour daily

it could be Infection or dry skin patches
you can apply thin layer of coconut oil there
but please avoid using diapers for now.
if there is other discomfort like it keeps increasing , redness , itching, etc then please visit your pediatrician for once.
