#AskTheExpert Mam my daughter height is less increasing..I m giving wholesome meal each time but she is hyper active..what should I do?

A. Namaste Mom, Height to a very large extent depends on ones family genes , other is some kids gain height nearing to their purberty as well too so not to worry
