Jasmine KaurMom of a 9 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear parent, hair fall problem is the most common problem among women post pregnancy. You just have to eat right and healthy diet. Include salads and protein in your diet. Drink lots of water.
Oil your hair regularly. And wash them,twice in a week with mild shampoo.
