#AskTheExpert Maam I m in my 19th week of pregnancy and I m still very much scared . from when can I start sitting on the floor or with little bit squats and exercises?

A. You don't need to be scared during pregnancy. And just enjoy with your baby. Follow a healthy lifestyle with regular daily walking twice in a day for 5 to 10 minutes. And good nutritious diet, along with adequate water intake. Squats should be done after thirty nine weeks of pregnancy
