Kirti ChandwalkerMom of 3 children4 years agoA. till the time your baby is only on breastfeed you should not think of doing heavy exercises because it will affect your breast feed after your baby starts taking other food then breastfeed then you can start exercises till that time light exercises and having lukewarm water empty stomach in the morning will definitely help you losing weight
