if stool is seeded then nothing to worry about.
otherwise consult with your paediatrician.
give only breastmilk till completion of six months

Usually it will correct on its own
Give adequate feeding
Burp well after every feeding
Try to keep head up position while feeding
Take healthy protein rich nutritious food fruits vegetables to increase your milk
More sucking leads to more milk
