#AskTheExpert it's been 1 year of my son's birth... my tummy hasn't reduced... will tummy belt help me now.. I did not use it consistently till now

A. hi mom no tummy belt wot help u .. u should start exercising along with strict diet control take protein rich diet low fat and low sugar .. take care
