Q.

I did not used tummy belt so far will my hanging tummy stay like that for ever or I should use belt now?

A. There is no need to use a belt now it is not going to yield you anything it is meant to be used right after your delivery now you’ll just have to go for a workout and diet to lose down your weight otherwise none of the belts are going to be beneficial now
