Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 9 m old girl3 years agoA. yes can be guven tk kid. Mother feeding should be exclusive at least till 6 month of age of not directly then expressed milk can be tried. If not possible then milk formula should be given with proper dilution . After 6 month can start with top feed along with cow milk .

However, rates of middle ear infections are generally lowest from birth to age 6 months — when the risk of SIDS is the highest and your baby might be most interested in a pacifier. Prolonged pacifier use might lead to dental problems.
