Janani ViswanathanMom of 2 children1 Year agoA. Generally naxdom 250 is not adviced during pregnancy as studies show it can affect the baby. But whether one dose can cause much harm is debatable. So if you have already taken it then its best to consult with your doctor once about this and follow her advice on this.
