ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. Yes you can take tablet paracetamol while you’re pregnant and it is safe during pregnancy. Don’t take it more than thrice per day. Maintain a gap of minimum 6 to 8 hours between two doses. If your weight is more than 65 kgs take 650 g and if it is let’s take 500 gWrite Your Answer Here
