#asktheexpert Is it normal to have periods when breastfeeding? How long should it last? Does it affect the supply of breastmilk? Can we get copperT inserted during this time?

A. Hi parent Yes , you may have the periods but irregular ones. Copper T can be inserted , it has nothing to do with your BM supply. Take sunbath daily Take nutritioius diet. Don't use RO water
