#asktheexpert Is it normal to have periods when breastfeeding? How long should it last? Does it affect the supply of breastmilk? Can we get copperT inserted during this time?

Manali K MehtaMom of a 9 yr 7 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi parent Yes , you may have the periods but irregular ones. Copper T can be inserted , it has nothing to do with your BM supply. Take sunbath daily Take nutritioius diet. Don't use RO water
