Does start of periods affect breast milk, what can be done to increase supply

A. it it doesn't because clearly remember that I got my period after the second month of the delivery only and I was able to feed my daughter to the full s she never had any formula feeding in that time period

A. good evening not necessary however sometimes it can definitely affect the milk supply in that case I would recommend that you should try to take the Himalaya shatavari supplement for a few days
