usually watery eyes are normal among young babies as they don't have fully developed tear ducts.
so please give massage from inner sides of eyes to tip of nose.
it will help to open blocked ducts.
but if your child has yellowish or greenish discharge,itchy or red eyes , swelling then please consult your pediatrician.
clean your child's eyes with fresh tap water.
