#AskTheExpert Iam not getting enough milk to my baby. from left side breast I will get more milk compare to right side. how to increase the milk from right side? please help me out

A. hi parent if the baby is latch only on one side then this picture is seen take diet to boost lactation maintain hydration and keep a track on urine output

A. Hello mom If you will feed regularly and equally from both side then only you will get sufficient milk in your breast and this is the only solution. So whenever you are feeding your baby you have to feed your baby equally from both the best then you will start getting sufficient milk to feed your baby
