#AskTheExpert : I underwent circlage procedure at my 21 wks of pregnancy ,due to short cervix length(1.7cm) and open internal os .Now I completeed 28 weeks.Can u tell what are the signs and symptoms of membrane bulging through stiches.?There is any other complications will develop ?What all things I need to give importance?

ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist3 years agoA. Hello dear There is no sure way of telling is you have bulging membranes or not . Either ultrasound is to be done or we have to do a speculum examination
