- Eating smaller quantity of meal
- Avoid food and drinks which may trigger heartburn
- Eat atleast 2 hours before going to bed
- Walk for 10 mins after every meal
You may also take a Teaspoon Gelusil if the heartburn is more. Another best remedy for heartburn is- Dry roast 1 tsp Jeera for 2 to 3 mins and then add 2 cups of water into it and boil until it become 1 cup. Drink this empty stomach before breakfast and before Dinner.
