Include cinnamon stick or powder, oats, lots of vegetables, green tea, fresh fruits, whole grains , lemon, eggs, green vegetables in your diet that will boost your metabolism..
have water 2-3 litre per day
Do not skip meals
Go for workout 45 mins daily

Try Intermittent fasting for this because that is going to help you so basically what you need to do is just finished having your dinner by six 630 or maximum seven in the evening after that just give a completely on salt and sugar and do not have anything till 630 or 7 o’clock in the morning because that way you will have a fasting for almost 12 hours and that is really going to help you in losing the weight and apart from that if you can go for a morning walk for an evening walk along with this thing then you will see good results within a months time
