A. Hello dear parent! Once your baby completes 6 months you can start exercising. Start walking for at least half an hour twice a day. Try yoga and meditation for better physical and mental health. Do tummy exercises to tighten muscles and skin around the tummy. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated.
