Shikha kumarMom of 2 children4 years agoA. dear mother firstly you should stay stress free because it is a very important along with that you need to stay hydrated start adding Jeera in your daily diet you can also make a mixture of a jaggery and jeera sautin be and have it regularly with hot glass of milk and this will give you good supply of milk
