#AskTheExpert I'm mother of a 5 month old baby. From last one month I'm having severe hairfall. What to do?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. hair fall is quite common after delivery..due to sudden fall of certain hormones causes Telogen effluvium causing hair fall.
Eating healthy and right is very important after pregnancy. take protein rich food.

Hairfall after delivery due to hormonal changes.
Apply coconut oil mixed with onion juice on the scalp to stop hairfall.
Also have diet rich in protein to control hairfall.
Do not tie ur hair too tightly as this can break ur hair. u can buy babyhug cold pressed extra virgin coconut oil which is pure and additive free oil
