ithas been 3 months since i delivered a baby girl,now i m facing severe hairfall..please help me

ExpertDr.Deepinder Kaur DhawanObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. it happens due to deficiencies, dehydration, improper rest, hormonal fluctuations and stress.. take iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day.
massage scalp regularly.
drink more water.
nap often to stay rested

try mama earth hair fall kit as onion oil shampoo conditioner.. to reduce hair fall..
or pure herbal mystical hair oil and mask to reduce hair fall..
take vitamin supplements consulting the doctor..
