A. Vaginal pain, especially in the upper part of the vagina, along with leg swelling, could be a sign of several possible conditions, such as pelvic infections, hormonal imbalances, or even issues related to circulation. Since you've already taken supplements without relief, it's important to address the issue more thoroughly with a healthcare professional. Conditions like pelvic inflammatory disease (PID), varicose veins in the pelvic region, or even a problem related to the lymphatic system could be contributing factors. Additionally, swelling in the legs can sometimes be linked to issues such as poor circulation, kidney or heart problems, or simply the physical strain of carrying extra weight if you're pregnant or recovering from childbirth. I would strongly recommend consulting your gynecologist or a healthcare provider to undergo a physical examination and necessary tests, such as an ultrasound or blood work, to determine the underlying cause of these symptoms. Immediate attention is crucial to avoid complications.
