#asktheexpert I have undergone cesarian mode of delivery. when can I start my excercise and yoga?

A. well you can after six months if the c section only. try to eat less. you have to be committed to lose weight. eat more of fruits and vegetables and take lots of water. exercise like aerobic and cardios too

A. after completing 3 months and if you feel fine mentally and physically fit yourself to maintain a routine and diet then you can start walking yoga and exercise and take all diet to stay fit
