It is advisable to start with the exercise routine only after 6 months of delivery. You need to consult your doctor before you get on any routine
Vritika AroraMom of a 5 yr old child3 years agoA. Hi dear mom. Yes now u can start to do walk. But it is recommended to start with the exercise after six months of delivery. Make sure that ur stitches have been healed and there is no pain in them. Then u can start with yoga, cycling etc
