#AskTheExpert I have taken calcium and iron tablets till 3 months after delivery..just wanted to know can I take regular calcium tablets now for normal health maintenance.

if necessary you can take it alternatively
please once consult with your gynecologist about this matter
it is very helpful
please take well balance diet with adequate quantity of water and sleep well
