#asktheexpert I have started gaining weight and feel very much tired what should I do and how I keep it consistent

A. Hello, your question is related to your health problems like increased weight so go for brisk walk and aerobics exercises and reduce your dietary intake of fats and drink plenty of water

A. Go for walking daily. after my second c-section I had lossed nearly 14 kg by walking and avoiding junk foods. If you are a foodie. atleast go for walking for 30minutes daily

A. hi you should start doing exercises and yoga regularly. do pranayam or Suryanamashkar also it is best. take food items like sprouts,salad , fruits etc more avoid junk food items.
