#asktheexpert how to keep a baby strong,without gaining weight?

A. baby should have healthy intake as taking cereals whole grains proteins as eggs chicken fish soybean, all fruit and vegetables, milk and dairy products.. avoid oily and junk outside foods.. keep baby well hydrated..
