#AskTheExpert i have recovered from Carone recently. I have a one year old baby. I'm trying to breastfeed her. But my lactation has stopped and milk flow has reduced. Can I feed my baby normally so that it can increase the lactation. for many days a mother need to breastfeed her baby

A. dear mum for you to resume lactation keep putting baby to breast frequently the sucking action by baby helps lactation it is recommended to continue breastfeeding till 2 years of age
