Shikha kumarMom of 2 children3 years agoA. first of all you must get an observation on the doctor and get your thyroid checked without any exercise or diet if you have lost excess of weight it may be due to that once you are sorted out that there is no medical condition you must take care of your diet as well because if you are a feeding mother diet is the most important thing that must be taken care of
