Even if you have belly fat you should not have so much of pain as you mention because in C-section initial time is very difficult I do agree but in five months of postpartum also if you’re having so much of pain I think it would be good for you to get examined with your doctor they advise you with some painkiller or some cream or ointment to apply which is going to help and reduction of the pain that you are facing
