Show to a doctor for right and timely diagnosis and treatment. Thays a safe procedure.You can always try to add health and tasty substitute like whole grain cookies, cakes and. Home made papad etc.patience is very important too.

till 6 months after delivery ,you should avoid doing heavy work so your body get enough time to get recovery from c section scars.
you can do your regular house work like cooking ,caring your baby..
