Q.

#AskTheExpert I have been injected with spinal anaesthesia during my C-section delivery of twins. But initial injection failed and i have been injected thrice in total. I am not able to walk normally, i feel a bone or a muscle stucks while i walk and my walk is not normal now. What should i do?

A. hi mom u should consult with the orthopaedic surgeon for proper examination and advice regarding this .. u might need some physiotherapy so u need to consult with physiotherapist also

Hi mommy Consult with your doctor in person for proper physical examination and treatment see your own treating doctor can guide you more and can solve your problems Do abdominal stretching exercise and go for walking every day atleast 15-20 minutes stay hydrated avoid junk food and bakery products like maida bread avoid stress stay happy
