Q.

Hi. I had Appendicitis operation when I was 15 years old. I had first delivery at my 26 years, through c section. Both the times spinal anaesthesia was given to me. Now m planning for second child. My worry is what if it happens again with c section? Is it safe to take spinal anaesthesia 3rd time ? pls help

A. Hello dear Yes absolutely you can take spinal anesthesia once again and if you don’t want it then you can get epidural anesthesia also. Although doctors will prefer spinal Over epidural

A. Thank you so much for your response! I also had high bp during delivery, not sure the reason for that and they had put me a life saver tablet below my tongue during the delivery, hope it doesn't have any impact.
