#asktheexpert i have a 6month old son. iam breastfeeding. from past 20days a vertical tear like happeing with pain when passing stool. am drinking lot of water but i am having tight stool

Nihita mittalMom of 4 children4 years agoA. good morning I would recommend you to have 15 to 20 pieces of munakka everyday in the morning on an empty stomach which had been soaked in water overnight also try to have gur honey with warm water in the morning
