Q.

#AskTheExpert I have a 5 year old daughter, recently I lost my second child during delivery. though we had not talked a lot about the second child to her we did give her an idea. now I m back from hospital and seeing a lot of irritation and cranky behavior in her. she wants her things to he done by me and when I say that I have pain and am unable to do certain things she refuses to acknowledge the same. what should be done, what do you suggest..

Q. #AskTheExpert hello my self harika ,during my first pregnancy I gained 17 kgs after delivery I lost only 5-6 kgs ,I tried a lot to lost my weight but i can't,after four years I will plan for second pregnancy , and I gained 15 kgs during my delivery I was 88 kgs ,now my baby Is 3 months old and I llost only 6 kgs my throid is in limit only , my weight before first preganancy is 57 kgs i can't belive my weight ,I tried different diet plans but no use, i can't carry this much of weight with two kids please suggest a solution
