I have 3 months old baby.. and had c section..
which kind of exercises and yoga I can start with increase flexibility after c section as I have to avoid stress on stomach part..
but as I am not allowed to do work expect taking care of baby and cooking, I feel my body is stiff and not flexible..
can you mention exercises or yoga poses name

ExpertDr.Deepinder Kaur DhawanObstetrician and Gynaecologist5 years agoA. in case of C-section your internal sutures may take six months to heal properly so avoid exercises till that time. you can do your household chores wearing abdominal belt. walk for half an hour daily. stay hydrated
