#asktheexpert i had c section on 18 jan and my baby is on full breastfeed.... and yesterday i got my periods like regular days it is normal

ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 9 months agoA. yes its okk . just use proper contraception to avoid unwanted pregnancy . periods have no effects on breast secretions . so nothing to worry for that . you can just follow good lifestyle
