Q.

#AskTheExpert I had a c-section on 5th January '22.by 6 weeks I had my first check up with gynaecologist. She gave me signal to start core exercises, bend down, etc. I still get back pain by the end of the day. I walk for 1 hour (half hour in morning and half hour in evening). My baby is now of 6 kgs-I bend down to pick him up. All say that I should not pick up my baby by bending down. Is my back pain due to too much exertion? Should I not pick up my baby?
