#asktheexpert I had a c section and now it's 6 months but my belly is still look like 4 month pregnant.. what exercise should I start ??

A. start yoga. see a lot of brands are available to allure you. you should get prescription n adhere to products manuals. avoid too expensive and see to good brands with guarantee ok.
